Cinmark Demolition Project

Project Overview:

October, 2024: We are excited to share our latest project with Cinmark, where Intracut successfully handled selective demolition across multiple locations in the heart of Van Nuys. Our team was tasked with the careful removal and disposal of a variety of materials, transforming the spaces while preserving the integrity of surrounding structures.

Scope of Work:

At the Lemona site, we dismantled an extensive clean room, including steel structures, plexiglass, FRP panels, and an array of mechanical systems such as air conditioning units, lighting, and ducting. This work required both precision and attention to detail to ensure that no surrounding elements were damaged.

Additionally, we removed and disposed of multiple layers of drywall partitions, wood framing, office partitions, and a large mezzanine. We also managed the demolition of T-bar ceilings, light fixtures, doors and frames, and other interior elements—each removed to make way for future renovations.

Throughout the project, Intracut’s team demonstrated skill in selective demolition, meeting all project milestones on time and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.
