We plan for the reuse and recycling of concrete
We prioritize the reuse and recycling of concrete in all our projects. Before starting a concrete cutting
job, we carefully plan for the maximum amount of material that can be safely and economically reused
or recycled. Any salvageable materials are either repurposed in the new building or salvaged for reuse in
other projects before we begin the main scope of the project.
During demolition, we separate materials onsite to be taken to facilities for reuse, recycling, or reprocessing. Mixed demolition debris is transported to a construction and demolition debris recycling facility where it is separated and diverted to many beneficial uses.

- Recycling one ton of cement could save 1,360 gallons water and 900 kg of CO2 emissions.
- Recycling concrete reduces material and waste transport expenses.
- Recycled aggregates (RAs) used in the London Olympics Park reduced the carbon footprint of the concrete by 33,069 tons and eliminated over 70,000 road vehicle movements.
